Control how the AI writes (and whether it sends by itself)
TradeCRM drafts replies and follow-ups for you. Here's how to make them sound like you, and stay in control of what goes out.
Click Settings in the left-hand menu, then the AI tab.
In Tone, describe how you'd like to sound, for example
friendly and professional, orshort and to the point.In Business-specific instructions, add your own rules, like
Always ask for photos of the issue before quoting.Decide on the tick box (see below).
Press Save.
Automatic sending
Send AI-generated replies automatically, without approval is off by default. While it's off, every drafted reply and automated follow-up waits for you to press Approve & Send.
Start with it off. After a week or two of reading the drafts, you'll know whether you trust them enough to switch it on.
