Track a quote and chase it

After you send a quote, its page shows exactly where it's up to, and gives you buttons to nudge the customer.

See where it's up to

Open the quote. The Tracking box shows when it was sent, when it was opened, and any response. A quote moves through draft → sent → viewed → accepted, declined or expired.

You're notified when it's first opened, and when it's accepted or declined.

Send a reminder now

1. Open the quote and press Send reminder now.

2. Confirm in the box that appears. The customer is emailed a reminder.

Pause or change automatic reminders

• Pause automatic reminders stops them for this quote. The same button becomes Resume automatic reminders.
• To change the days, edit the schedule and press Save schedule.

The customer answered by phone?

If they said yes or no outside the app, record it yourself:

• Mark accepted moves the lead to Won.
• Mark declined records the no.
