Use the AI assistant

Instead of hunting through menus, just type what you want done, like you'd text a person.

Open it

Press the AI Assistant button in the app, and type in the Message the assistant box.

What you can ask

You can ask it to look up a lead or customer, create or update one, draft a reply, put together a quote, or add a to-do. For example:

• "Change Joe Bloggs' phone number to 07700 900123."
• "Add an enquiry from Sarah Patel about a new boiler."
• "Quote Bob for a new boiler." It asks for the price and whether you charge VAT, then saves a draft.
• "Add a to-do to order copper pipe."

Replies and quotes stay in your control

• A drafted reply shows an Approve & Send button, and a View lead link.
• It saves quotes as drafts only. It can never send a quote. You do that yourself. See Send a quote to your customer.

Ask AI on the dashboard

The dashboard has an Ask AI box for questions like "what needs doing today?"
