Subscribe, upgrade or change your plan
When you're ready to carry on after your free trial, or need more leads or logins, it takes a minute to choose a plan.
You'll need
To be the account owner, or have Full access.
Click Settings in the left-hand menu, then the Billing tab.
Compare the plans (see below).
Press Subscribe on the one you want. If you already have a plan, the button says Switch to this plan.
Enter your card details on the secure payment page and confirm.
You're sent back to TradeCRM, ready to go.
The plans
- Starter: £19 a month. 50 leads a month, 2 team logins.
- Business: £39 a month. 250 leads a month, 5 team logins.
- Pro: £79 a month. 1,000 leads a month, 10 team logins.
Good to know
- Your card is charged from the day you subscribe. Your free trial days have already been used up.
- Switching plans changes your existing subscription (prorated) rather than starting a second one.
- Can't pick a smaller plan? If you have more people on your team than the plan has logins, the button is greyed out. Remove someone, or cancel an invite, then try again. See Add a team member.
- Your lead allowance shows on the Billing page as leads used this billing period.
Careful
Always change plan from this Billing page, not from the payment portal, so TradeCRM can check your team fits.
