Set up automatic quote reminders
A quiet quote usually just means "I got busy". Quote reminders nudge the customer for you, on days you choose.
Click Settings → Automation.
Find the Quote reminders box.
In Days after sending a quote to remind the customer, type the days separated by commas. For example
3, 7sends a reminder 3 days after the quote goes out and another after 7.Press Save.
Good to know
- You can have up to 5 reminders, up to 90 days after sending.
- Leave it blank to turn automatic quote reminders off.
- Reminders go out in the morning (about 9am, UK time).
- The last reminder is worded as a final one, and you're notified when it goes.
- They stop if the customer replies, accepts, declines or unsubscribes, or you mark the lead Won, Lost or Paused.
Tip
This is just the starting point for new quotes. Each quote keeps its own schedule once it's created, so changing the default later never changes quotes already sent. To change one quote, see Track a quote and chase it.
